These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between us and our customers. The version valid at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.
A contract is concluded when we accept your order. Acceptance is made by order confirmation via email or by performing the order.
All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card. Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Delivery takes place within the indicated delivery period. In case of delays, you will be informed without undue delay. The seller bears the shipping risk if the buyer is a consumer.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, you are entitled to subsequent performance, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.
We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by intentional or negligent breach of duty on our part.

Bauchgefühl uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems to create personalized recipe suggestions. The AI analyzes the data you provide (cycle phase, symptoms, dietary preferences, and available ingredients) to generate individual recipe suggestions.
AI-generated content is based on general nutritional recommendations and does not claim medical accuracy or completeness. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by qualified professionals.
User data entered is not used for training AI models – neither by Bauchgefühl nor by the provider of the AI service used.
Bauchgefühl assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for individual health needs.
The law of the Republic of Austria applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Vienna, where legally permissible.
Should individual provisions of the contract with the buyer be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
